Oh boy oh boy!!! My photos from the Sweettrails Jam 2010 got published. I'm so proud!!! I feel like a 4-year-old in a toystore!!!

My wifes younger sister got married to Victor on the 9th of september 2010. Here are some of the picture I took that day. I have to warn you though. At the party some crazy guy got hold of the camera and took some party-pics. You know who you are!!!!

Months of preparation came together on the 14th of august 2010. The Sweettrails Jam 2010 was on!!! Almost 2 weeks of rain made us doubt if we could let it go on, but as I was taking the dog for a walk the evening before the Jam I looked up and knew it was going to be a good day. Thousands of stars smiled at me as if they were telling me it was all going to be allright. It was a hot day and the action was epic. Thanks to all of our sponsors!!!

Yeah yeah, I know......

I havn't been posting any photos lately. That's probably because of the weather the last few months and I've been busy with work, my kids and organizing the Sweettrails Jam 2010. I'm also getting a bit bored with my current Canon 400D and looking into getting a new one. It wil probably be a Canon 7D but I havn't decided yet. It could also be a 50D. I mean the pricedifference is enormous.

On the 29th of this month I wil be doing a wedding. It's my first one and I'm pretty stoked on it. It's completely different to anything I've done so it's a challenge. And I'm always up for a good challenge.

I'll be posting some photos soon. Don't worry.....

What's there to say about riding in skateparks. They are to dark to shoot without flashing. If you crash you will most certainly leave some skin on the floor and it's certainly not my kind of riding. Lucky for me some of my friends do like this kind of riding.

2 weeks ago we headed East to see my brother ride in a showjumping event. There also was an eventing competition at that event. Later we went to the farm where I took more photos.

Hmm....I don't seem to have any inspiration for writing a nice article tonight. Oh well......

The family of a mountainbiking buddy of mine has a garage in which they restore classic cars. Their specialty is Volvo but also other brands are being subjected to their magic hands. When we were on a biking trip to Alpe d'Huez last june I jumped at the chance and asked him if I could come over to do a photoshoot. It's the first time I did this so be gentle on me, okay?

When I had downloaded the photos from my camera they just screamed: "Please show us in black &white!!!". Well...... Who am I to ignore such a request. It's my first ever series in black &white.

On sunday the 9th of august we organised a dirt jump event at our local trails (Sweettrails). Despite the unexpected small amount of riders we feel the jam was a succes. Next yeur it will be bigger and better with internatinal riders we hope.

Me and 2 friends of mine were in a bit of a positive mood when we signed up for the Megavalanche in Alpe d'Huez. Oh Man!!! Was it tough!!! I've never seen so many rocks in my life. I've also seen them up close and personal since I crashed 15 (!!!) times in 5 days. The area also has some stunning scenery so check it out!!
